Student Travel Grant Application Submission is now closed.
A limited number of student travel grants are available. If you receive a student travel grant, a check for $300 will be awarded to you when you arrive in Minneapolis and an additional amount of $200 will be given to you if you are staying at the conference hotel (the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis). Even if you share your hotel room, make sure that you check into the hotel and your name is included on the registration. The $300 grant is intended to help you offset the cost of attendance and does not cover any particular aspect of attending.
Applicants must be an author or co-author on an accepted abstract to be chosen. It is not necessary that you know the status of your abstract submission (accepted/rejected) when you submit this application. Applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate student at the time of the conference. Preference is given to Ph.D. students and those attending the entire week.
